Ali's Acre is a family-run retreat in the heart of Zanzibar — mud baths, rabbits, an organic farm, potli massage and school trips.

Our story
Tucked into the green interior of Zanzibar, Ali's Acre began as a piece of family land and grew, slowly, into a small retreat. We keep rabbits, we tend the garden, we draw mud from the earth, and we share what we have with the people who come to stay.
There is no spa formula here — just real food, real warmth, and the kind of pace the island remembers.
